Planning

Once we have know and reviewed the project we will be able to plan it: Starting date, job’s hours, right management of the dock, people committed to the correct side of the job; loading, unloading, unpacking, trashing, assembled, lined up, leveled, bolted and cleaning.

A good planning on the project ensure the right performance of the human and material resources assigned, it improve the work flow and save time since dead times and extra people are eliminated from the workplace.
